Bio

I'm commited to bringing authentic and diverse stories about women to the screen. a 20-year veteran of film and theatre,  My work spans both stage and film as an actor/director/producer/writer.

Born in Belgrade, Serbia, I attended the American International Schools( ISB) in my hometown Belgrade, Serbia and then in Vienna, Austria (AIS) before immigrating to California with my parents when I was 12.  at University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) where I received my BA and Graduate Certificate in Film and Theatre Arts, I honed my acting in stage productions and later at the American Conservatory Theatre (ACT) in San Francisco, CA.

Always working in front and behind the camera, I co-produced and field directed a documentary short film called Wyoming’s Mystery Dinosaur where I tracked paleontologist, Dr. Marilyn Wegweiser in the wilds of Wyoming as she unearthed bones and fossils of a new dinosaur species.

I achieved a personal goal when I developed, produced and co-wrote the feature film Desert Vows (www.desertvows.com) in which I also starred.  It was a project that I nurtured from its inception to finished product.

I'm proud of the original children's stage play Winter Quest: A modern day fairytale, that I wrote and directed.

I directed the award winning short comedic film End Of The World.

in 2019 I FOUNDED NON-PROFIT GIRLS IN FOCUS (GIF), AN ALL-GIRL AND NON-BINARY YOUTH FILMMAKING PROGRAM WITH THE MISSION TO “SHATTER THE GENDER GAP ONE GIRL AT A TIME”. GIF IS A PROUD MEMBER OF THE LA STEM COLLECTIVE BRINGING STEAM EDUCATION TO LA COUNTY AND NATIONWIDE.

I reside in Los Angeles, CA with my family and teach Kundalini Yoga every Saturday.
